Here's some progress on the redone beginning. I think I'm going to follow my storyboard instead of go with the fireworks, it's just causing me problems. Will post more tomorrow.

i still like that test with all them cloudy orange things on that blue background. what your doing now is real strong, i mean the quality. but that cloudy shit was very soft and nice, just like the music on your part. i think you made a wrong turn on idea lane and you might wanna back up and make that right hand turn down, you already had a good idea lane.
Hasan the smoke wasn't working for me. It would be impractical to go back, and I think animating it would be difficult to pull off. I want the animation to be doable, if I keep trying to rework and do things I'm not confident in doing, I'll never get anything done... I'm already behind as it is. I'm leaving it this way so please critique it how you see it and try to forget about that first idea lol
sorry. then i think it looks ok. be nice if you had some sort of background painting or something. something that will give you space, not a lot but some.
it's ok hasan i'm not mad, i'm just bogged down and worried about time constraints. we all have our issues with our animations, hehe. yeah, I see what you mean about the background. Luckily I can change the background whenever I want and not have to compromise the animation, so we'll see about that.
